Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to Portugal

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days
• Cost: €4.00

Shipping to the European Union

• Carrier: DHL
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days
• Cost: €9.00 (up to 500g) | €13.00 (500g–2kg)

International Shipping For destinations outside the EU, shipping time and cost are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Tracking After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.

Delays NOOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Damage in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve the situation at no additional cost.
