Refund policy

At NOOR, we want every order to bring light and well-being to your home. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return any product, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions To be accepted, the product must be returned:

• Unused
• With the original packaging intact and sealed
• In the same condition in which it was received

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of candles that have been lit or with opened packaging.

How to Start a Return Contact us at hello.luminoor@gmail.com within the 14-day period, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions by email.

Return Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund After receiving and verifying the returned product, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days to the original payment method.

Damaged Products If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.
